The highly anticipated City Alo Certification Program has launched its sixth batch on Saturday, October 19, 2024, for providing a robust platform for aspiring women entrepreneurs to transform their business dreams into reality. Organized by City Bank, Bangladesh and hosted by North South University, this certification course is tailored to equip women with the essential knowledge and skills to navigate the entrepreneurial landscape effectively.
The three-month certification program will feature 12 classes, each meticulously designed to cover key aspects of starting and managing a business. From ideation and business planning to marketing strategies and financial management, the curriculum aims to offer a holistic understanding of entrepreneurship.
This year, the program has enrolled 30 participants, each with a diverse background and unique business idea. However, one thing is common among these women: they are all driven by a passion to build and grow their ventures. The participants will have the privilege of learning from some of the finest educators in the country, as the classes are conducted by esteemed faculty members of North South University, in collaboration with City Bank professionals.
In the next 3 months, the participants will learn about digital marketing, accounting, branding, hiring and managing staff, and other important aspects of running their business. A tour of a successful factory by a renowned female entrepreneur and a product display at the North South University campus will also be scheduled at the end of the course.
